What is a juice cleanse?
THE COOL juice cleanse programs have been designed to include a wide variety of fresh produce, focusing specifically on those vegetables or fruits that have their natural detox properties. Each of our juice contains a different nutrient that nourishes your body and support detoxification and healing.
A juice cleanse is a short-term, all liquid diet intended to cleanse both mentally and physically.
During a Juice Cleanse, you will have 7 bottles to consume per day which consisting of all fresh natural fruits, veggie and nuts mylk. The juices act as a meal replacement across each day. You will not consume any solid food and we recommend avoiding caffeine, alcohol, sugary drinks and processed food during the cleanse.
Is juice cleanse = juice fasting?
A juice cleanse is often mistakenly referred to as a juice fast which is inaccurate. Fasting implies starvation, which is unhealthy to our body. It will slow down our metabolism.
On the other hand, a juice cleanse provides plenty of nutrients and vitamins from raw, fresh veggie and fruit juices.

How do you prepare for a cleanse?
- Practice healthy, light diets 2 to 3 days before your juice cleanse will ease the hunger craving during juice cleansing
- Eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts
- Eliminate the bad such as processed foods, alcohol and fast food. Besides, avoid caffeine, sugar , dairy as well.
- Drink 8 glasses of water per day
- Sleep early and rest well
- Start your day with a glass of warm water with lemon 15 to 30 mins before you start your cleanse
- Drink your 7 juices per day, with 2 hours in between juices
If you need to eat during your cleansing process, choose fruits, vegetables or nut & seeds
Drink plenty of water to hydrate yourself
- Avoid coffee. You may substitute with green tea herbal tea.
Limit yourself to light exercise, such as walks, yoga and stretching
Sleep early and rest well
- Return gradually to eating solid foods after your juice cleanse starting with fruits and salads

Day one – add in fruits, vegetables, coconut water, 8 glasses of water (keep it light)
Day two – add in nuts, whole grains like brown rice, oatmeal or buckwheat
Day three- add in fish or meat, dairy and egg

How often can you cleanse?
One Day Cleanse
The beauty of one day cleanse is that you can make it a regular part.
It’s recommended to do a “One Day Juice Cleanse” once or twice a week.
Benefits: feel light, reenergize and treat yourself to a super boost of nutrients.
Three Days Cleanse
It is the most popular option. It’s short enough to feel manageable and long enough to deliver serious benefits. You give your body system a break from processed, carb foods.
It’s recommended to do a “Three Day Juice Cleanse” once or twice a month.
Benefits: brighten skin, boost energy and feel lighter in body and mind.
Five to Seven Days Cleanse
For a deeper detox and a true shake up habits and cleanse their entire system. This is suitable for those having a high-stress lifestyle, eating fast or processed foods, smoking, and drinking.
Benefits: reset whole body system, heightened mental clarity, increased energy and a boost to the immune system.
Tips to do juice cleanse

Who is not suitable?
During juice cleanse, due to restriction of solid food intake, hence Juice Cleanse may not be suitable for everyone. The Cool Juice does not recommend participation in juice cleanse by anyone under the age of 18. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, individual with diabetes, some medical conditions or medications, as well as children and the elderly, are not advised to do a Cleanse as well.
And remember, just because a cleanse isn’t suitable for you right now doesn’t mean that you can’t benefit from the full selection of pure, raw cold pressed juices from us!
